Are you an aspiring creative looking for guidance from industry professionals? The DESTINO Foundation connects passionate individuals with experienced mentors in Hollywood, helping them gain insight, build connections, and take meaningful steps toward a career in entertainment.
Our mentorship program is designed to support serious, dedicated mentees who are ready to learn and grow. Before being introduced to a mentor, each applicant goes through a three-step process to ensure they are the right fit for the program.

To be considered for the program, submit an application detailing your background, creative goals, and why you're seeking mentorship. This helps us understand your ambitions and match you with the right opportunities.
Interview /
Program Compatability
After reviewing your application, you’ll meet with the founder for a one-on-one interview. This step ensures that all mentees are serious about their growth, committed to the program, and ready to take full advantage of this mentorship opportunity.
Program Acceptance
& Code of Conduct
Once accepted, you'll officially become part of the DESTINO Mentorship Program. Mentees must adhere to our code of conduct, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and dedication throughout their mentorship journey.
