For Mentors and Participants

Our organization is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. By participating in this program, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:
 

1. Respect: Treat everyone with kindness and professionalism. Discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Integrity: Be honest, reliable, and accountable in all interactions.

3. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of mentors, participants, and any sensitive information shared within the program.

4. Collaboration: Engage positively, offer constructive feedback, and support the mission of the organization.

5. Commitment: Honor your agreed-upon time commitments and communicate promptly if changes are necessary.

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the program.
